Free physical therapy scheduling that follows the plan of care.
Therapy is a course of visits, not a single appointment, and the schedule should know that. TotalPro360 books the run, tracks what is left and keeps rooms and therapists from colliding.
What slows a physical therapy clinic down
- A course of visits rebooked one at a time as the patient leaves
- Treatment rooms and equipment booked on trust
- Authorized visit counts tracked outside the schedule
None of that is a therapist problem. It is a software problem, and the software that fixes it has historically cost more per month than a physical therapy clinic could comfortably justify.
Built for how a physical therapy clinic actually runs
Book the course, not just the visit
Schedule the run of appointments once, so a plan of care is on the calendar rather than in somebody’s intention.
Visit counts that decrement
The remaining visits in a plan are visible at the desk instead of tallied by hand.
Rooms, equipment and therapists
All three are bookable resources, because a visit that needs a specific table and a specific therapist needs both to be free.
Evaluation and treatment timed differently
An initial evaluation is not a follow-up. Each carries its own length so the day is built on real numbers.
Visit history on the patient
Prior sessions and notes on the record, available before the patient walks in.
Payment and prepaid blocks
Take the card at the desk, or sell a block up front and let redemption handle the arithmetic.
See how it works
One booking screen that knows what each service takes, which staff member can do it and which room it needs — then a confirmation your client actually receives.
Services carry their own duration and turnover buffer; staff and rooms are booked together, so only genuinely open slots are offered.

$0 per month. $0 per seat. No card to start.
The business dashboard is free — booking, client records, service menu, quotes, invoicing and reporting included. There is no trial that turns into a bill, and no seat count to manage as you hire.
The platform earns when you do: a small margin on card processing, and the referral network. Never a software subscription. Read the full breakdown →
Where the product is today
TotalPro360 is in early access, and it is worth being straight about what that means. The platform underneath it has been running for home-service businesses for over a year, and the in-person layer — the service menu, the booking engine, deposits, counter checkout, packages and repair orders — went live on 7 August 2026. Every screenshot on this page is that software. The one item on the right is what is genuinely still to come.

Physical therapy software questions
Is the scheduling software free?
Yes — no subscription, no per-therapist fee and no card to start.
Can I book a full plan of care?
Yes. The run of visits is scheduled at once and the remaining count decrements as they are delivered.
Can I book rooms and equipment?
Yes. Rooms, equipment and staff are separate bookable resources.
Does this handle insurance billing?
No. It handles scheduling, visit tracking, invoicing and card payments. Insurance claim submission is not part of it, and the site will not claim otherwise.
