Free is a business model here, not a promotion.

Most booking software charges per seat, per month. That model punishes you for hiring and it prices out exactly the small businesses that need the software most. TotalPro360 earns a different way.

What free actually covers

The whole dashboard

Booking, service menu, client records, quotes, invoicing, staff and reporting. Not a limited tier — the product.

Every member of staff

No per-seat fee. Add stylists, technicians, trainers and front desk without the bill moving, because there is no bill.

No setup or onboarding fee

Nothing to pay to get started, and no card required to create an account.

Your data, exportable

Clients, appointments and invoices are yours. The reason to stay should be that it works.

How the platform earns instead

Card processing

When you take a card payment through the platform, a small margin sits on top of standard processing. It is disclosed before your first transaction, there is no monthly fee attached, and no minimum volume. If you never process a payment here, the platform earns nothing from you.

The referral network

Businesses on the platform refer work to each other. When a referral turns into booked and paid work, the platform takes a small share of that revenue. Because both sides run on the platform, the value is measured rather than self-reported.

Both levers only pay the platform when your business is actually earning. A subscription does the opposite: it charges most reliably in your slowest month.

Questions people reasonably ask

Is there a catch?

No subscription appears later and no trial converts into a bill. The honest catch is that the platform wants to process your card payments, because that is where it earns. You are not obliged to use it, and the software stays free either way.

What if I never take a card payment through it?

Then you use the software for free and the platform earns nothing from you. That is a real outcome and it is fine — businesses that grow into card processing later are worth more than businesses that never sign up because of a monthly fee.

Will you start charging once I depend on it?

The model only works at scale, and scale requires businesses that are not resentful. Your data is exportable, which is the only promise on this page that actually constrains us.

How does the referral network earn?

When one business on the platform refers work to another and that work gets booked and paid, the platform takes a small share of the resulting revenue. Both sides are on the platform, so the job value is real rather than self-reported.

Nothing to pay. Nothing to cancel.
