Free massage therapy software, built around the table.
A massage practice runs on two scarce things: rooms and therapist hours. TotalPro360 books both against a real service menu, so a 90-minute deep tissue never lands in a 60-minute hole.
What slows a massage practice down
- Bookings taken by text and copied into a paper diary
- 60- and 90-minute services treated as if they take the same time
- Package and gift-certificate balances tracked in a notebook
None of that is a therapist problem. It is a software problem, and the software that fixes it has historically cost more per month than a massage practice could comfortably justify.
Built for how a massage practice actually runs
A service menu with real durations
Swedish 60, deep tissue 90, prenatal, hot stone — each with its own length, price and buffer, so the calendar reflects the work rather than a guess.
Rooms booked as carefully as people
A therapist and a table are separate resources. Booking one without the other is what causes a double-booked room on a busy Saturday.
Turnover time that is actually reserved
Buffer minutes belong to the service, not to whoever remembers. Linens, notes and a breath between clients stop being unpaid overtime.
Client history that travels with the client
Pressure preferences, focus areas, contraindications and every prior visit sit on the record, so the therapist who takes the next appointment is not starting cold.
Packages and series that count themselves down
Sell a six-session series once and let the balance decrement on redemption instead of living in a notebook behind the desk.
Payment before the client puts their shoes on
Take the card at the table or at the desk, apply the package, and close the visit without a second system.
See how it works
One booking screen that knows what each service takes, which staff member can do it and which room it needs — then a confirmation your client actually receives.
Services carry their own duration and turnover buffer; staff and rooms are booked together, so only genuinely open slots are offered.

$0 per month. $0 per seat. No card to start.
The business dashboard is free — booking, client records, service menu, quotes, invoicing and reporting included. There is no trial that turns into a bill, and no seat count to manage as you hire.
The platform earns when you do: a small margin on card processing, and the referral network. Never a software subscription. Read the full breakdown →
Where the product is today
TotalPro360 is in early access, and it is worth being straight about what that means. The platform underneath it has been running for home-service businesses for over a year, and the in-person layer — the service menu, the booking engine, deposits, counter checkout, packages and repair orders — went live on 7 August 2026. Every screenshot on this page is that software. The one item on the right is what is genuinely still to come.

Massage therapy software questions
Is the massage software really free?
Yes. The business dashboard is free — no subscription, no per-seat fee and no card to start. The platform earns on card processing and the referral network instead of software bills.
Can clients book online?
Online booking is what the product is built around: clients pick a service and a length, and only genuinely open therapist-and-room combinations are offered.
Does it handle deposits for longer sessions?
Yes. A service can require a deposit at the time of booking, taken on the card and credited against the final total.
What happens when I add a therapist?
Nothing changes on the bill, because there is not one. Seat count is not how the platform makes money.
